2. For payment, kindly pay via bank transfer to POSB a/c no. 060-62799-1.

3. After payment made, kindly mail the followings info to : mailtoshowroom5@yahoo.com.sg. 

Subject: Payment for order no. XXXXXX

a) Transfer reference no. ,

b) Amount transferred

c) Date of transaction 

4. After payment cleared, item(s) will be delivered within 2-3 working days subject to stock availability. Otherwise, buyer will be notified via email to arrange for full refund or buyer could choose other items in our stock list. 

 

FAQ

1. No payment = no order. 

2. All items will be quality-checked before delivered to buyer. 

3. The color shown in the picture may not correspond 100% to those in the item themselves due to photography lighting conditions & monitor setting. 

4. Other items/accessories shown in the picture are for reference only. 

5. All enquiries will be handled within 48 hours.

6. Delivery will be made within 2-3 working days after payment cleared.

7. The prices shown are the net prices to be paid. No other hidden costs. 

8. Parcels will be sent via Singpost registered mail (local delivery only). 

9. Showroom 5 shall not be held responsible for item lost/stolen, size unfit, etc cases. 

10. Buyer is advised to check on the sizes before buying. Goods  sold are not refundable.
